Chef
Sparkle Clarke
Meet Sparkle our resident Chef for this year's 2024 Camp WILD. This is her first time participating in a retreat specifically for women, and needless to say she is extremely excited. You might recognize Sparkle from MasterChef Canada, Season 1, where she proudly represented her current hometown, Ottawa. Since then, she has carved out a niche as a personal and event chef. From weddings to funerals, parties to boat cruises, and every intimate gathering inbetween, she's mastered the art of crafting unforgettable and flavourful experiences. And what truly sets her soul on fire is catering within the cozy confines of homes. She can't wait to bring a taste of international cuisine to our taste buds at camp!

Camp Counsellor
Heather Allardyce
Heather Allardyce is a big kid at heart, who lives to smile and whose happy place is in nature! She is a water sign, so it's no wonder she LOVES being on, in or around water, especially Standup Paddle Boarding (SUP). Whether she’s swimming, paddling or diving, she feels a deep sense of connection with mother earth and the healing vibrations that surround. When she discovered sound therapy as a modality for healing and self discovery, it was a perfect fit for her as well. She has spent years training in various forms of yoga instruction, learning the magic of Reiki energy, diving into the world of shamanic journeying and now she found the land of sound healing. She finds herself connecting to that same grounding earth/water energy that comes from being in nature when she’s channeling the energies with her voice and sacred instruments. Come explore with Heather, from the inside out!

Camp Counsellor
Dannielle Samuel
Dannielle LOVES to play! Dannielle’s family history is long and rich, with roots in the Underground Railroad from Gaithersburg, Maryland, US to the family settlement near Chatham, Ontario. While Dannielle’s artistic journey began late in her life, she has always been a creative; she is a vocalist, is part of the local community musical theatre in Ottawa and enjoys expressive painting. Dannielle is constantly searching for ways to express her journey through trauma to joy in her work, and to connect with others to for a collective healing experience. Dannielle will offer storytelling fun with artistic and theatrical flair. https://transformtogether.ca/
